This advocacy is in line with our offering, Personal Assistance Services (PAS), to individuals with targeted disabilities. An Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) regulation, it requires all federal agencies to provide employees with targeted disabilities with Personal Assistance Services (PAS) to make sure they can fulfill and enjoy their paid employment.
In this service, we will provide them with a designated health and allied care professional to assist them in completing the tasks they would perform if they did not have a disability. These tasks are personal tasks, activities of daily living, and other non-medical services, and never the job itself.
